Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Proven fluency in American Sign Language (ASL).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation for students, staff, and parents during classroom instruction, meetings, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.

- Support students in understanding lesson materials and encourage engagement in classroom discussions.
- Adapt sign language techniques and vocabulary appropriate to students’ age and skill level.
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and support staff to ensure student needs are understood and met consistently.
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as required and contribute to the development of appropriate accommodations.
