Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid sign language interpreter credentials, with at least a 3.5 EIPA score
- Experience working in schools or with K-12 learners preferred
- Strong command of both American Sign Language and English

- Professional, patient, and collaborative approach to supporting students’ educational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one interpreting services to assigned students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Facilitate clear communication between students, educators, and peers
- Adjust interpreting strategies to suit each student’s age and learning style
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with educational teams as needed
