What You’ll Bring:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to confidentiality
- RID or equivalent certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken language into ASL for students and staff in classroom and school activities
- Support communication between teachers, students, and families as needed
- Aid in delivering both academic content and social interactions, ensuring all voices are included
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and support teams to understand lesson objectives and student needs
- Maintain accurate records of interpreting services and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Assist in creating a positive and supportive educational experience for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
