Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time interpretation between spoken English and sign language during classroom instruction for a 3rd grade student
  • Support full participation and comprehension for the student in all instructional activities and class discussions
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to adapt communication methods for individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records as necessary per school policies
  • Serve as a communication bridge, fostering understanding between the student, peers, and staff throughout the school day (8 hours daily)
