Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- National certification in sign language interpretation (RID/NAD or equivalent strongly preferred)
- Experience interpreting in K-12 educational settings
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude for travel assignments
Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services for deaf or hard-of-hearing students in classroom and school activities
- Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure effective communication and learning
