Required Qualifications:
- EIPA score of 3.5+ with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Approval, or
- EIPA score of 3.0-3.4 accepted with ISBE Interim Approval, or
- BEI or NIC credentials accepted with ISBE Approval
- Previous experience supporting high school-aged students preferred
- Professionalism, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate interpretation services for high school students (9th-12th grades)
- Serve a caseload of 12 students, typically working 1:1 in classroom settings
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster accessible learning environments
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
