Two opportunities are now available:
- High School assignment (9th–12th grade), with 12 total students and interpreting support for 1–3 per class.
- Elementary/Middle School assignment (Kindergarten–8th grade), with 30 total students and interpreting support for 1–5 per class.
Qualifications:
- EIPA Score of 3.5 or higher (documentation required; no exceptions)
- Proficiency in ASL and educational interpreting
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Commitment to onsite presence for the full duration of assignment
- Please indicate your preferred assignment (K–8th or 9th–12th) when applying
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and effective in-person interpreting services for students with varying needs
- Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure accessibility and meaningful participation for deaf and hard-of-hearing students
