Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and familiarity with interpreting in pre-K–12 educational settings.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in school environments is highly valued.
- Adaptability and readiness to support in multiple locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate sign language interpretation for students who are deaf or hard of hearing during classroom instruction and school activities.
- Bridge communication between students, teachers, and school staff.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with faculty and special education teams to facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
- Fill in at additional district locations when counterparts are absent, maintaining continuous interpreting support.
