What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily one-on-one interpreting services for a high school student
- Ensure clear and accurate communication between student, teachers, and peers
- Adapt your interpreting style for both academic and extracurricular activities
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the student’s dignity and independence
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support the student’s learning goals
Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma Quality Assurance Screening Test (QAST), RID, or TASK 12 certification
- Previous experience in educational interpreting preferred
- Strong ASL interpreting skills and adaptability
- Professionalism and a genuine passion for student support
