Key Qualifications:
- Valid EIPA Score of 4.0
- Prior experience as a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) in K-12 settings, preferably elementary
- Ability to commit to on-site, in-person service for the duration of the assignment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 interpretation services for a designated elementary student
- Accurately facilitate communication between student, teachers, and peers
- Support individualized educational and communication needs in the classroom and throughout the school day
