As an itinerant interpreter, you'll work across multiple school sites, engaging with diverse staff and students in both Special Education and General Education settings. Qualifications:
- Valid CDE Authorization for educational sign language interpreters in Colorado (required)
- EIPA score of 3.5 or above (required)
- Experience interpreting in both SPED (mild to severe) and General Education settings preferred
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites
- Availability for a full-time, full school year onsite position
Responsibilities:
- Provide sign language interpretation for students across a range of educational settings
- Facilitate communication between deaf/hard-of-hearing students and staff members
